    AM LLC is seeking one (1) Customer Service Manager candidate for a Chantilly, VA, location in support of a Veterans Affairs program. 

    Responsibilities

    A Customer Service Manager has experience in planning, implementing, and managing customer service systems. Is able to handle customer satisfaction issues. Has experience in reviewing data to identify trends and issues. Is able to effectively report trends to system program teams.

    Qualifications

     

    • Bachelor's degree is required.
    • 5 years of experience is required.
    • 8 years of additional, relevant experience may be substituted for education.
    • Must be a US Citizen to meet contractual requirements.
    • Must be able to obtain and maintain a position of Public Trust clearance.
