Overview

Applied Memetics is seeking one (1) Computer Network Operations Planner. A current, valid Top Secret clearance with periodic review within the last 5 years / eligible for SCI / SAP read-ons is required. 

Responsibilities

  • Provides onsite expertise in the primary role of conducting Counter Network Attack planning and coordination. Recommends supporting communications interconnectivities relating to all aspects of Information Operations (IO) planning.
  • Assists in the integration of all Information Operations tools to include psychological operations, electronic warfare, deception, physical destruction, operations security and Special Technical Operations (STO).
  • Coordinates the interaction with IO crisis planning groups. Supports the development and assessment of compartmented IO and STO plans.
  • Provides onsite expertise on the staff duties involved in daily coordination and deconfliction of USCENTCOM actions and activities with the Joint Staff, other unified commands, components, service staff, supporting commands, and other government agencies.

Qualifications

Education: Four year degree in specialized fields of study. Degree may be substituted by 8 or more years of focused expertise.

Required Experience: Experience in MDMP and relevant joint and operational staff experience. Knowledge of CNA; CND; CNE and DoD Info Assurance and Network Security.

Highly Desirable Experience: Advanced Degree in a related field of study. SAMS/SAWS/NOPC/SAASS and/or JPME-II OSD/Joint Staff/CENTCOM AOR experience preferred. CISSP certified and interagency experience.

Security Clearance: Current and valid Top Secret clearance with periodic review within the last 5 years. Eligible for SCI and SAP read-ons.

Travel: Up to 20% of the time. May require short notice travel and deployments in CONUS, OCONUS, Middle-east, and combat areas and or hazardous duty zones.
