Overview

Applied Mememtics is seeking one (1) program analyst to serve as the AFRICOM Target Audience Analyst (TAA) analyst.  A DoD Secret clearance is required. 

 

 

 

Responsibilities

  • Provides multi-discipline analytical expertise for the Combatant Command by collaborating with Methodologists, Data Managers, Statisticians, and Cultural Advisors
  • Establishes and integrates open source and intel data to determine MOP, MOE and subsequently ROI for CCMD IO programs or series
  • Establishes and integrates open source data to determine MOP, MOE and subsequently ROI for CCMD IO programs or series
  • Evaluates open source and intel data to provide MOP and MOE and subsequently ROI for CCMD IO programs or series
  • Synopsizes IO program or series MOE based on data analysis in a concise and succinct manner to key stakeholders
  • Independently researches, develops, and conducts industry standard research/analysis on target audiences, as specified by the Government, in multiple regions in order to develop an understanding of these highly complex audiences.

Qualifications

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent plus 9 years of experience as a TAA at the service or joint level supporting operations in the USCENTCOM, USAFRICOM or USEUCOM AORs
  • Ability to help develop TAA and other doctrinal processes related to MISO planning, specifically for example, a Target Audience Analysis Worksheet
  • Must possess a current Secret level security clearance eligibility
  • Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative techniques in various non-commercial and government contexts
  • Must be willing and able to travel CONUS and OCONUS in support of the program
  • Must have familiarity in developing target market/audience research methods
  • Must have familiarity in communicating program effectiveness to key stakeholders
  • Must have familiarity with analytic methods utilizing standard, non-standard or emerging research methods
  • Must possess or be able to obtain a U.S. passport
  • Must be a U.S. citizen and possess a current Secret level security clearance
